For many of us, purchasing a small toaster oven isn’t just a convenience, but a necessity. While most of us would love to have arena-sized kitchens, with yards and yards of countertop space and as many shelves and cabinets as there could possibly be, that just isn’t the reality we live in. Instead, we live in townhouses, condos, and apartments with very little living space and even smaller kitchens. We have to make do, unfortunately, with limited room. This means that we either must get rid of certain appliances altogether, or be creative in which ones we purchase. One way to get creative is to buy a small toaster oven.

While kitchen convection toaster ovens have been on the market for a long time, there are still a lot of people who don’t know the difference between them and regular toaster ovens. So what sets them apart? A regular toaster oven works by using heated coils to raise the temperature enough to cook your food. The best convection toaster oven appliances, however, use small fans to circulate the heated air around the inside of the machine to toast, roast, broil, and bake faster and more evenly. While convection toaster ovens tend to cost more than regular, traditional models, they also work much better.
